Agent-oriented model of agricultural land rental

A computer model of rent of agricultural land in a small region have been constructed and investigated. Transparent iterative method for leasing agricultural land to agents-land users has been proposed. The model demonstrates the natural dynamics of capitals, resources and capacities of land users.
