X-rays reflectivity evaluation with regard to real state of surface and shadowing effects

An analytical method for reflectivity evaluation with regard to real state of surface and shadowing effects developed for radiolocation is applied in the article for X-Ray range. Results of angular dependence of X-Rays reflectivity calculation with regard to real state of surface and shadowing effects are presented in the article.
