The work presents a brief review of analytical methods for X-rays reflectivity evaluation with regard to real state of surface and results of numeral modeling for reflection of direct cylindrical capillary. It is shown that the condition of real state of surface with the help of existing methods does not have a significant influence on spatial distribution of photons at the exit of capillary.
Keywords: rough surface, root-mean square height of roughness, correlation length
Mots-clés : tangent plane approximation.
