On knowledge representation
News of the Kabardin-Balkar scientific center of RAS, no. 4 (2014), pp. 13-20

The introduction of the notion of partial recursive structures, representing partial recursive functions, is justified. The completeness aggregate input representations is noted. For knowledge representation universal information structure, which is partially recursive is proposed.
