The article reveals peculiarities and methods of conducting informational wars and informational terrorism spreading in contemporary world, the basic action field of which is the global Internet, which provides all its powerful resources for the purposes, including net anonymity, influence multiplicity and others. The measures taken by the Government of the Russian Federation aiming at increasing the protection level of military infrastructure of the Russian Federation, first of all, informational systems of strategic objects are presented.
