The problem of adaptation of regional agrarian sector to the change of climate is considered. A model for the decision of task of determination and concordance of special purpose indicators of development of agrarian sector taking into account the changes of agricultural meteorology factors is demonstrated, some results over of calculations are presented. Results of calculations of trajectory of development of agrarian sector are brought taking into account the changes of agricultural meteorology factors of region are demonstrated.
