In the present work the description of computer aided cargo terminal (CACT) is done, its main functional parts and their elements, architecture and corresponding information structures, the functioning and transit cargos control ideas are presented. New possibilities of CACT working effectiveness increasing on the base on intellectual agents usage was studied. An architecture and short functional features of developed information system are provided.
