Initiation of artificial lightnings

In this study principally new approach to a problem of the cloud seeding on hail processes is offered. Results of experiment on initiation of an artificial lightning by antihailstorm rocket "Alazan-6" with an electroconductive coating for the purpose of prevention of dropout of hailstones are presented.
