The item is devoted to the calculation of slackening section, dispersion, absorption and return reverberation of spherical form particle, which have free charges on their surface formed by hydrogen ions. Excess ions on the particle can be in the hollow space where they move free. Also charges can be out of particle and hold near its surface by force of interaction with its mirror image.
