Modeling of economic phenomena aims to prevent threats of not-humanistic behavior of spontaneously formed associations of powerful hardware-software complexes. Models of economic agents - proactive elements of dissipative systems – created on the basis of neural network technology, will allow to forecast the evolution of the economic system - biogeocenosis. Phenomenological approach is used to
examine the properties of the manifold formed by such models-agents.
