St-model of control of Makkallok-Pitts's asynchronous neural systems

The authors prove that the design of neuronetwork control is essentially possible; we will call it st-control which uses and maintains structural redundancy and internal self-organizing of linear threshold functions (ltf) as at local level of the internal device of one ltf, and at global level of the device of a class ltf. st-representation ltf and management over it, is a step to the direction of theoretical parameterization of Chow, but remains completely constructive since it is received at parallel decomposition of wx-model.
