In the presented work the method of averaging of elastic properties of composite geomaterials with gas inclusions is developed. The given method is based on division of a considered geomaterial into the subsystems enclosed in each other and working out of mathematical models for each of them. The mathematical model of the last subsystem into which all remained are enclosed, will allow to define elastic properties of all composite geomaterial with gas inclusions.
