The problem of water use

The mathematic model of a problem of water use which is considered here is based on the mathematical apparatus of hypergraphs theory. The rib model allows considering as a single whole a source of water, the method of its purification and the settlement, where it is delivered. To each rib are attributed the weights, reflecting the economic and health-hygienic effect from the consumption of water from this source, by chosen method of cleaning and at exact locality.
