Mivar`s approach to development of intelligent systems and project of development of active multi-subject online mivar`s internet encyclopedia

The basic results of progressing of mivar technology for 25 years of development are demonstrated and compared with other methods of data storage and processing. The prospects and benefits of creating intelligent systems based on mivar technologies are justified. A new project to create an active mivar online encyclopedia is proposed.
