Method to optimize the management

The method of synthesis of optimal control based on the numerical solution of ordinary differential equations, the principle of “change of objective” and “a weak leading link” for linear and nonlinear systems of coordinates with the restriction, the optimal trajectory which at any given time depends only on the initial state is proposed. Control law system is composed during the transition process from the optimal controls found for small steps.
