Algorithm of search of the external center

The problem about the centers on prefractal columns is considered. The algorithm of search of the external centre of prefractal column is offered. Questions of computing complexity of algorithm are investigated. The theory of fractal counts finds application in such areas of scientific activity as education and the description of large-scale structure of the Universe, formation of clusters, the theory of mass service, etc. Search of effective analysis of algorithms of such counts in the conditions approaching real, complex and interdependent, is actual in the practice of their use.
