The metabolism process between the blood and the tissue in the separate part of the blood vessels is being examined. On the basis of the diffusion equation the analytical formulas are obtained, describing the concentration of the substances, which were in the blood, during its flow along capillaries and arterials. The regularities of volume expenditures of substances masses in the different parts of the blood vessel channel have been determined.
