Multifractal modeling and multi-agent control of telecommunication networks

This paper shows that fractal and multifractal approaches to the design of new generation telecommunication systems make it possible to standardize and unify methods and means of network management, reception, processing and transmission of information flows in self-similar subnetworks of different scales.
