Boundary value problem for the generalized transport equation with fractional derivative in a semi-infinite domain

The paper considers a boundary value problem for the generalized transport equation with a fractional time derivative in a semi-infinite domain. The existence and uniqueness theorem is proven. The solution to the problem is constructed using the Green's function method.
