Universal form of solving the stationary linear difference equation

The form of solution of difference equation depends on a character of roots of its characteristic equation. It is of practical interest of writing down the general solution of such an equation in the form suitable for any (except for zero) roots. Namely this problem is solved in this paper. We also simplify an algorithm of obtaining of a solution.
