Solvability of Cauchy problem for a differential-algebraic system with concentrated delay

We consider the Cauchy problem for the linear differential-algebraic equation with concentrated delay. Sufficient conditions for solvability and also a construction of generalized Green's operator Cauchy problem for the linear differential-algebraic equation with concentrated delay are obtained.
