A problem with conditions analogous to Frankl' and Bitsadze--Samarskii ones for the Gellerstedt equation

In this paper we study a problem with conditions similar to Frankl' and Bitsadze–Samarskii ones for the Gellerstedt equation. We prove that the stated problem is well-posed.
