Development of management decision support services using data from organizational management systems

The article is devoted to the development of methods of information support of management processes for organizational management systems. As an information source for the development of support services, the use of databases of application systems operating in a management organization is considered. The study is conducted on the example of the information flow of “citizens' appeals”.
