The problem of the definition of an electronic document for long-term storage in the hardware and software of electronic storage media. The paper identifies the need to develop a mathematical model structure and data structure for long-term storage of electronic documents. Defines the characteristics of long-term storage facility - an electronic document that must be maintained in a stable condition during storage. This article is intended to create a theoretical basis for long-term storage of electronic documents in the software and hardware environment.
