The technique for constructing web services for the calculation of steady state instability of nonlinear systems to variations in the parameters. Notes the importance of the problem, since lack of attention to this problem can lead to an unacceptable change in the basic characteristics of an electronic circuit or even in permanent impairment of their functioning due to exceeding the permissible power dissipated on some components. As variable parameters can take values of resistors and transmission parameters controlled sources and arbitrary parameters of external influences (temperature, pressure, humidity, etc.). We consider the structure of the software, based on the compact processing of sparse matrices using data compression, which provides high performance computing activities of great importance in the operation of a distributed system on the Internet.
