New software architecture for specialized systems of mathematical computations

It is described an original software architecture developed by the author in a set of contracted governmental projects. The architecture is aimed for specialized systems of mathematical computations. It is based upon free software platforms, protocols and applications: Java, JavaScript, HTTP, Python, Octave. Assumed application area of described architecture is development of decision support systems (DSS); also, applications for computer – aided design (CAD) systems is possible.
