The ergonomic control interface for a virtual camera by using Kinect

This paper presents implementation methods of contactless control interface for virtual cameras in threedimensional scenes that are visualized on computers. Proposed decisions are based on using the Microsoft Kinect device for identification of an operator’s control postures, in which movements, rotations and zoom of a managed virtual camera are executed. The approach for digital coding and determination of such postures is described in details.
