The problem of increasing the effectiveness of the Job Scheduler in cluster computing system with uncertain task execution time and unshared computing resources was considered in this paper. The results of computational experiments using a computer model of the cluster system and the analysis of the intensity of executed tasks flow for various procedures of tasks access control to computing resources of the system were considered.
