In this article the technology of mobile portals realizing information service of end users, carried out in real time, in the space of the Internet and in the architecture of decision-making focused on four poles of a zone of the subject of management is considered. The submitted technology essentially outstrips traditionally used technologies of information service on parameters of productivity, automation, safety and scaling.
