Popular programming languages from standpoint of system programming

Modern system programming is not as related to low-level programming as related to development of huge multi-level project. Programming languages used in this area respond to this trend and provide efficiency at development stage ignoring efficiency at runtime. Relevant examples and the concept of new language effective in both senses are given in this paper.
