The technique of construction of web-services is considered on the basis of storage and data processing in the row-column fixed format. The two-storey technology of updating of the software on the basis of full rarefied matrixes in the compact form is resulted. Procedure of updating of webs - services to the compact form line-column a format is offered on the basis of their prototypes of the full mathematical description.
