Automatic parallelization for hybrid system with dataflow accelerator

The data flow based computation model implemented as multi-core coprocessor (accelerator) is considered. A method of automatic translation of sequential programs to the model' language is presented. The resulting program being executed on the hybrid system shows large amount of parallelism. The method is feasible for affine programs and is based on building complete dataflow graph of the algorithm.
