On the Use of Streams in the Matrix Solution of Boundary Value Problems for the Graph

The paper presents a constructive method for solving the basic boundary value problems for systems of inhomogeneous differential equations on a graph, convenient to use on computer. The system of equations and matching conditions at the vertices are selected, taking into account the application of the method to the theory of transport and other issues of non-equilibrium thermodynamics.
