Boundary-value problems for general elliptic systems in the plane.~II

We consider boundary-value problems for general elliptic systems (in the sense of Petrovskii, Douglis and Nirenberg) in a bounded planar domain with piecewise smooth boundary. We find necessary and sufficient conditions for the problems to be Noetherian and give index formulae. The problems are studied in weighted Sobolev spaces and Holder spaces.
