Secondary operations in the homology of the operad $E$

This paper studies the homology of the $\Sigma$-free and acyclic operad $E$. It is shown that this homology constitutes a free Hopf bialgebra. Secondary operations are defined, relations established for them, and formulas obtained for their computation.
