The phase space of a high order Sobolev type equation

Of concern is the Cauchy problem for the linear Sobolev type equation of high order. We suggest the algorithm for the construction of the phase space for this equation and establish the unique solvability of the Cauchy problem.
Keywords: the Sobolev type equations, the polynomially bounded operator pencils, the propagators, the phase spaces.
