Optimization of hyperbolic systems with integral constraints for smooth controls

An optimal control problem by first-order hyperbolic systems in a class of smooth controls is considered. Functions of controls are satisfied by integral constraints. A non-classic necessary optimality condition is given for the optimal control problem and the results of numerical experiments are given.
