In the article the brief review of the basic concepts, methods and problems of the theory of the differential equations with an discontinuous right hand parts is resulted. Various ways of definitions for the right hand parts in points of discontinuous and implicit forms of record for such equations are analyzed.
Keywords: discontinuous system; differential inclusion; the generalized solution; quasi-solution; a sliding mode; right-hand Lipschitz condition.
