The researches done before (Math. Modell. 1(5), 71–79) concerning the model of electronic plasma in magnetified semiconductor film are continued. The explicit solution of the oblique derivative problem describing Holl's effect in a semiconductor with a periodical system is built. The problem is solved with the help of corresponding Riemann–Hilbert problem.
