Acts over semigroups with local units

In this paper the acts over semigroups with local units, direct limits and tensor products of such acts are considered. Several examples of limits-preserving functors are given. We also define direct limits in the category of semigroups with local units and get representations of semigroups with local units and acts over such semigroups in the form of direct limits.
