On the definition of the SUPG parameter

Summary: We consider the SUPG finite element method for two-dimensional steady scalar convection-diffusion equations and discuss a recently introduced definition of the SUPG stabilization parameter along outflow Dirichlet boundaries for problems containing interior layers.
