Well-posedness and exponential stability for the von Kármán systems with second sound

In this work we consider a one-dimensional full von Kármán system coupled to a heat equation modeling an expectedly dissipative effect through heat conduction controlled by CattaneoвЂTMs law. We prove the well-posedness as well as an exponential stability result of the system.
