Oscillation theory for a pair of second order dynamic equations with a singular interface

In this paper we consider a pair of second order dynamic equations defined on the time scale $I = [a,c]\cup [\sigma(c),b]$. We impose matching interface conditions at the singular interface c. We prove a theorem regarding the relationship between the number of eigenvalues and zeros of the corresponding eigenfunctions.
