We prove a limit theorem which describes the behaviour of extreme order statistics of contents of $N$ cells after allocation of groups of particles of random sizes under some constraints imposed on the distribution of the group size.This research was supported by the Program of the President of the Russian Federation for support of leading scientific schools, grant 1758.2003.1.
