On a method for constructing well-distributed sequences

We give a method of constructing sequences which are uniformly distributed on multi-dimensional cubes. Estimates of the variance and deviation of that sequences are obtained for a wide class of measurable sets. The algorithm suggested allows us to construct well-dispersed sequences on more general classes of measurable spaces.
