Methodology of simulation modeling of pedagogical systems

The development and introduction of innovative educational technologies into everyday practice are traditionally carried out on the basis of the provisions and recommendations of classical pedagogical science. The article proposes a concept of the methodology of simulation modeling of pedagogical systems, which integrates the provisions of the system approach, pedagogy and psychology of higher education, methods of operations research and the theory of modeling complex systems. The features of the pedagogical system as an object of research are highlighted. The essence of the proposed methodology of simulation modeling is revealed and a brief description of actual applied tasks that can be effectively solved on its basis is given.
