Use of harmonic oscillator potential for the phase shift and resonance states parameters calculations

The possibility of the modified harmonic oscillator potential using for stabilization calculations
of phase shift and resonance states parameters is investigated. It is demonstrated for simple models that
this method provides the estimation of phase shift and resonance parameters with the relative
errors about 1%.
