Combinatorial theory of magic squares out of domino

The theory for building magic squares out of domino (MSD) is not made up yet. There are only separate examples of MSD which do not contain the algorithms of their building. The only monograph on the domino coverings in Russia doesn`t give any answer to this question. In this paper the total combinatorical theory and the algorithm of building and enumeration of MSD are created here.
