On the suspension homomorphism

In this paper we investigate the conditions for the suspension homomorphism $$s \colon \Theta^{\mathcal{F}}_{r-1}(S^{n-1}, x_{0}) \to \Theta ^{\mathcal{F}}_{r}(S^{n}, x_{0})$$ is onto or an isomorphism.
