Ideal Theory in the Ternary Semiring $\mathbb{Z}^- _0$

In this paper, we study the ideal theory in the ternary semiring $\mathbb{Z}^-_0$ of non-positive integers and obtain some results regarding the ideals of the ternary semiring $\mathbb{Z}^-_0$. Finally we show that $\mathbb{Z}^-_0$ is a Noetherian ternary semiring and also almost principal ideal ternary semiring.
